Guidelines for Entry:
All entries should be decorated with holiday décor.
Please Clearly identify organization or business for parade observers and voting.
Please Do Not include Santa with your entry
Forty foot space per unit available– no more than two motorized vehicles

Best Float, Best Unit on Foot, Judges Choice
The theme this year is “Small Town Christmas”
Parade line-up will begin at 5:15 p.m. in the parking lot of Cornerstone Community Church (corner of Sullivan & E Polk Streets)
Parade Start Time: 6:00 p.m. down Harrison Street and ending in front of Jane Pauley Center on W. Washington Street.
The Alexandria-Monroe Historical Society will be providing a chili dinner to warm your spirit and belly from 4-6 p.m. the day of the parade. A chance for a hot dinner prior to seeing Santa Claus
After the Parade, join us for the annual tree lighting at the corner of Church and Harrison Streets. Also at this location, Santa will make a visit to his house and the Main Street Committee will have a large tent up hosting “Santa’s Workshop” The first 200 kids will receive a free Christmas ornament to decorate and hang on the town Christmas tree.
